Here's everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
2024 Seasonal Ordering cut-offs:
All Christmas orders for non Commission pieces, placed by 20 November, 2024 will be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas. Christmas orders placed after this deadline will continue to be produced and shipped, however arrival by Christmas is not guaranteed.
If you place an order after our cut-off and are hoping it arrives in time, we strongly recommend contacting us to receive a quote for Express Post or to arrange local pick up.
* Please note our shipping guarantee does not cover delays by the carrier which are outside of our control. We will ship your parcel with enough time for it to be received based on the carriers advertised delivery timeframe.
Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to cater to your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Our default shipping method is the most economical and reliable option available. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Studio Pick Up: If you're eager to receive your artwork sooner, please contact Alicia Pickert Studio to arrange an appointment for in studio pick up.
- International Shipping: International shipping is currently unavailable.
Packaging
We take great care to ensure that your artwork arrives in pristine condition. Each piece is meticulously packaged using high-quality materials, including custom-designed packaging for fragile or oversized artworks. We employ industry-standard practices to protect your investment during transit.
Shipping Process
Here's what you can expect once you've placed your order:
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase. Please review it carefully to ensure all details are correct.
- Processing Time: If a professionally framed original work is in stock and ready to ship, it will be specified in the item description. We typically require 1-3 business days to process framed, in stock orders. Original artworks that are unframed at the time of sale will be available to ship in approximately two weeks. Artwork in unframed form will be specified in the item description. The processing time for all commissioned original artwork will be discussed during an initial consultation.
- Shipment Notification: Once your artwork is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Delivery: Our trusted shipping partners will deliver your artwork to your doorstep. Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the package to ensure its safe delivery.
