The scope of copyright in Australia is defined in the Copyright Act 1968 (as amended), which applies the national law throughout Australia.

Any unauthorised reproduction or commercial use is in violation of copyright law. Works of art cannot be modified without the permission of the artist. Works cannot be distributed, mutilated or modified in any way that would prejudice the good reputation of the Artist.

The Artist reserves the right to create printed reproductions of her original works for sale.
